The customer service people are great. I needed to call a couple of times with questions. They were polite, professional and most helpful. From the time that I saw the doctor to the time my state notified me that I was legal to go purchase medical marijuana was around 20 hours. I couldn't have been more pleased with the results. I highly recommend them.

I love Elevate / Greenlight Dispensary. I scored a 3 because Elevate closed the Bluefield location. Yes, there is still Greenlight in Princeton which is a 12 mile drive…. Why should I drive 12 miles when Bear River Dispensary opened up in the same building where Greenlight used to be….. which is less than 2 miles away. I protested the closure to Elevate but you didn’t listen …. You lost my business because of this decision…. You really should not have closed the Bluefield location……

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad to hear that you had a positive experience with Elevate and understand your disappointment regarding the closure of the Bluefield location. We know convenience matters, and we recognize that changes in location can be frustrating for patients who have grown accustomed to a particular dispensary. While dispensary operations and location decisions are outside of Elevate's direct control (we are a provider's telemedicine comapany) we sincerely appreciate your support. Thank you for being part of our community, and we wish you the very best moving forward.
