Bought the service manual for my washer and the download showed up in my email a couple minutes later. It matched my model number and I fixed the drain pump myself instead of paying for a service call.

Very easy to be scammed. Signed up for their 3 day trial which forces you to enter your payment options ( i chose google pay and signed it). I got my login credentials by email and when I cam back to the website I cliecked on the same button that said "Try now" that sent me to the free 3 day trial page, only that now it had changed to the "Activate 1 year plan". I immediately realised I missclicked but though for sure I'd come to the same google pay sign page. BUT NO, the payment of over $190 went through immediately!! I cancelled the plan as soon as I could and didn't download anything during that time. I then contacted customer service and they REFUSE to refund my transaction. DON'T BUY FROM THIS SKETCHY WEBSITE.

I signed up for a 3 day free trial. With in ten minutes i was locked in for a year and a charged $197.00 on my credit card without My consent. I took a few minutes to look over the material. I was more than willing to let this sneaky incident go if the material was usable. I could only view the first few pages, so i downloaded the manual so i could view in full. After viewing ,i knew this was something i could not use. The data was just too vague and inadequate. I asked for a refund. They told Me that after i downloaded that data, Im completely locked in for one year and there will be no refund. So today, they still have not returned my money and further more they have made my account “inactive”. Do not trust this firm. Read the negative reviews and see the pattern.

Got the newer version of manual which didn't work for the year I was working on. Contacted Emanual with the year and Vin and got the correct manual right away. Awesome manual and wiring diagrams.
