Hey Marc, Thank you for your feedback. We understand your frustration, especially if you believed your subscription had already been cancelled. When a cancellation is completed successfully, billing stops immediately, and a confirmation email is issued. If a charge has occurred after that point, it usually means the cancellation was completed after the billing cycle had already renewed. Access is also removed upon cancellation, as the service is tied directly to an active membership. That said, we are more than happy to review your account in detail to confirm exactly when the cancellation was processed and clarify the charge. Please reach out to us directly so we can investigate this properly and assist you further. Thanks, emanuals Team.

Hi George, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear about the delay you experienced in accessing your manual. That is not the level of service we aim to provide, especially when you are waiting on something you have already purchased. We are pleased that the issue was ultimately resolved, but we completely understand your frustration with the time it took. Your feedback has been noted and will be used to improve our response times and support process. If there is anything further we can assist you with, please do not hesitate to reach out. Best, emanuals Team

Hey Sandra, Thanks for your review. We’d like to clarify a few important points. emanuals.com is a membership platform. We do not sell individual manuals. When you sign up, you are subscribing to access the full library, not purchasing a single file. That is explained during the signup process and in the confirmation emails sent to you. Our records show that five manuals were added and downloaded from your account. So this was not a case of one manual not being delivered. If you need to download them again, you can simply log back into your account and access them from your dashboard at any time while your membership is active. Regarding billing, subscriptions continue until you cancel them from within your account. We do not cancel memberships on behalf of customers, as you have full control over your plan. This ensures no one can interfere with your account without your consent. If you no longer wish to continue, you can cancel at any time from your account settings. If you need help locating the cancellation option or re-accessing your downloads, we’re happy to guide you. Thanks, emanuals Team
