I LOVED the online part. It helped me so much more than in-person-only sessions. It was nice to be tested what I had practice online. My instructor Tiffany was great and very clear.

Great Instructor, great class

I took the class. The instructor was great. She ingrained the material into our head. The hands on part was good but I was told that I would be getting a link to access my certification the following Monday. It's been a week and I took the class because it's required for my new job. I emailed them and called them (the number didn't work) and still did not receive a response. I'm going to continually harass them till I get my link and or CPR/AED card. Hopefully I get the link before I get started at my new job or I can't start and or may lose my position. Other than the false statement about when I should receive my email for the link but the class itself was pretty good.

Not good. The instructor seemed distracted and unprepared. And told way too many side stories that had nothing to do with what I paid for. Was not told it was at a hotel and I have yet to receive an email copy or my actual card in the mail. I took my class May 6th. It shouldn't take this long.

Instructor knew the material and conveyed it clearly. His concern for us as individuals who will potentially experience at least one situation requiring us to administer CPR was genuine. He supported the material with examples and videos which was very helpful. It was clear that he wanted us to be effective lifesavers.

The instructor Brian Hess was awesome. Very informative and appropriate level for the class. It was easy to schedule and the location was perfect

Great experience. The teacher taught great and was very informative to any questions or concerns that I may have needed answers to. Would recommend enjoy cpr.
