I recently purchased an eoeotwo model and after a few weeks of use the rear wheel had issues of a steel plate becoming unattached and chain slippage, keep in mind that this is all on the pre assembled part of the bike, I sent the videos of issues to customer service and was sent some additional screws and promises of additional support from their technicians which never came and have been unresponsive since currently in process of finding return/refund process

I can’t say enough about how much I enjoy my bike and the support I received when I had an issue. I received great troubleshooting support and new parts (at no cost) to return my bike to working order.

The customer service for this brand is absolutely fantastic. Any problems or issues with the scooter I had someone there 24/7 to talk to about anything and everything with the scooter. Provided me discounts, well worded answers, all and all would recommend this brand to anyone looking for a good scooter brand
