My son loves his ebike! Unfortunately he lost the keys for it. I reached out to customer service and they are sending me replacements so that he can get back on the bike he loves to ride!

answered fast and helping resolve issues quickly. my riding experience has been good. it's fast and battery last long enough to get me to and from home.

This was bike was packaged nicely and shipped fast. Worked great. Front brake squeek a little but nothing but recalibrating caliper. Just using throttle I got over 31 miles and still had 2 bars left on battery. Couldnt ask for a better bike at that price. Would recommend.

The E bike I purchased for my son was a really good purchase the flat tires, and separate keys for the detachable charger and ignition rides really smooth good deal..

It took forever to just order the part and they won't take debit cards or credit cards. I could have had this a week earlier if I could have used one of my cards, instead they made me get PayPal to pay for it

The GT06 Scooter is an awesome value for the money. It is a very well built scooter and rides nice. I do have a lot of fun riding this thing.
