Initially I had issues with the battery not giving sufficient power after less than 6 months of use and issues with the chain dropping off the front sprocket. These issues were discussed and sufficiently resolved by customer service. I appreciated their effort in the matter.

The thing that made my experience great is the immediate response from the manufacturer of my eoeotwo eo1 e bike. They asked me to send a video of the issues I was having with their product. After reviewing the video,their technician was able to diagnose the problem immediately.

Bought an electric bike on Walmart from this company. Know 2 months later and less that 40 miles the bike stopped working. I contacted seller on Walmart site they started emailing my private email send videos of the issue. Then this company wanted 69.99 plus 19.99 shipping even though bikes under a full one-year warranty from them. But they were running a special offer for today that they would give it to me for free if I left them five star reviews. And direct violation of Walmart, seller policies, and FCC and centralized reviews.

I use this scooter literally as my daily driver .. I have put over a thousand miles on it already I love this thing it has made life possible for me and my small family who doesn't have a car weather to work or for groceries the k2 max gets me there

I love the bike. It's the best thing ever. Smooth. Great speed. Long range. Could do better with a little quicker pickup. But it's really the BEST!!!
