I am currently dealing with another manufacturer on a warranty issue that has taken nearly three months (and still open) to repair or replace, so I really appreciate how smoothly Euhomy handled this. I have owned several Euhomy appliances and have always had a good experience with your products and customer service. In fact, my son was recently trying to decide between two different brands of wine coolers, one of which was Euhomy. Great customer service! I did have an issue with the ice machine I purchased, but was promptly provided a replacement machine at no cost. Ecactly what i've been searching for. Works like a champ. only issue was the attachment to the waterr line was not compatible with the faucet. Please include a 3/4 in. FHT x 1/2 in adapter for those of us in the U.S.
