Do NOT buy from evacuumstrore! They are horrible to deal with. They shipped us a vacuum cleaner that does not operate as described. They clearly state that they take returns in 14 days. They have used the COVID-19 virus to suspend any refunds or returns. I clearly understand the reason for not accepting returns, however they changed the policy after shipping the product! I highly suspect they will be out of business very soon. Do NOT buy from them! Edit: evacuumstore has agreed to take back the vacuum. They are not issuing credit right away. I hope when this COVID-19 situation settles down, they will get back to normal.

Ordered genuine Electrolux canister bags, what I got was not oem bags

I have give some credit as the part was correct and a good price. But took three weeks to get to me!

Good service. Shipped as promised. Acceptable products.

I wasn't expecting it to take almost a month to get my part but otherwise I was satisfied.
