The problem was resolved on October 20, 2026. The company did reach out by email a day or two before but I wasn't able to respond due to travel and they followed up wit ha phone call as stated in their email. In total it took a few minutes and everything was as it should be. The unfortunate thing is that until the initial TrustPilot review the matter was a non-issue to them. Had customer service been willing to help, the review could've started at 5 stars instead of sitting at 2 stars for so long. The company previously closed the ticket and gave itself a pat on the back. The problem was that the credit card was no longer valid. I tried to update it but the site wouldn't allow any financial update. The company said "we're still getting paid using the dead card so problem solved!" But that was not going to last and there's was no real customer service taking that matter seriously. Ultimately, the matter was resolved and other than the lack of phone support or interest to resolve initially, the product is actually a great product and has worked reliably since I signed up a few years back. I recommend the service but I also recommend that the company improves the quality and training of its customer service.

would be nice if the contacts worked better - like remembered if you were on device or the other option. Always defaults to the other option even though i never use it. clarification added: I dont want to keep two copies of my contacts. I'd like it to stop defaulting to app contacts everytime i go to make a call and remember the last setting I used last time - device contacts. I personally do not want to keep two separate copies of my contacts. I feel the one i have is enough.

Customers can add contacts within the app or allow access to contacts stored on their device, and once that access is granted, you shouldn’t need to continually select or allow it. i thought this might be a legitimate attempt at feedback and dialogue about what we could do better. i feel that spam calls / robocalls / telemarkters have fundamentally ruined the telephone for business communications and i do not know if evoice can save it. it is clear that most companies do everything possible now to create hurdles to eliminate wasting time on phones.

L'expérience à bien été. Un des avantages est d'avoir un répondeur qui prend les appels en tout temps. Le plus important est de pouvoir rediriger les appels entrant vers un autre téléphone disponible pour un réponse de l'appel, et qu'il peut être changer au moment que nous le désirons.
