I was extremely satisfied with the customer service associate I spoke with who clarified the different types of materials and areas of use. I purchased a 3x5 American Ultima Polyester Flag. I am very proud to say the flag is made in America and of good quality and attention to detail. I also purchased 50 foot of lanyard, stainless steel snaps, and snap covers, Orders were processed and delivered within 3 or 4 days. I will definitely use EXPRESS FLAGS to order my flags and accessories for my flagpole. Thanks for the quality items at a good price you have to offer.

Thank you Robert for your business and feedback. We apologize for the issue with the flagpole flash collar. We do quality check the product prior to packaging for shipping but it is possible that we missed the defect at time of shipping or another possibility is that the damage occurred during shipping. Either way, we would be happy to replace it for you if you contact our customer service at your earliest convenience. Best regards.
