Frustrating.
Shipping email include 2 items and said it was delivered (1 package, 2 items). The main item was not in there. Upon calling, it was not in the same shipment or box! This has happened at least twice that I can recall. If the oder has 2 boxes and if they are shipped separately, please provide 2 tracking numbers, etc!! Frustrated.
