I've had issues trying to track down my last order of $500 submitted in September 2018 but the product was never received. I have not been able to submit emails to the website to inquire and have had a lot of difficulty reaching anyone via phone. 11/7/18 I left a voice mail re my issue; never heard back from anyone. 11/12/18 9am EST spoke to customer service who said they would investigate; no reply. 11/13/18 still unable to send email and now the phone system won't forward me to customer service.
