The worst ordering experience of my life

The order and check out experience was atrocious, with long buffering times and constant reloading. I was spontaneously logged out multiple times. My prescription was rejected twice for no reason, and it took my company reaching out to someone whom I cannot to get it approved. There was no issue with my prescription. My glasses took over 2 months to arrive. In this time, there was no communication. My company’s EHS manager reached out several times and was given multiple excuses as to why my order was delayed. The day I was told I would get a tracking number, he was told the third-party lab my order had been sent to was shut down and it would be at least another two weeks. That was almost a month ago. My lenses are not great quality and do not match the prescription I wear daily. I am appalled with the service my coworkers and I have received.

Simple, quick process
Web site is organized and simple to understand. Had no issue uploading prescriptions and placing order. Glasses arrived earlier than expected. Glasses were secured in Package. Glasses quality was also great. They fit great and I can see clearly out of them.

Garbage communication
Even though the email says they were delivered on the 9th of June. I never received them until the 4th of August

Awesome customer service
My safety shields were not properly put on arms of frame. The lady I talked to sent me an email with a return label, as we were talking.

Big hassle to get online
Big hassle to get online, would prefer the old way where I get them from the eye doctor.
