Three days after receiving the lenses, the frame began to throw off paint particles or a rubber giving a bad aesthetic appearance

Experience okay, glasses good
Good: Easy to order with existing prescription. Ordered at a site visit, they set up my account and ordered for me. Glasses were delivered quicker than expected and are exactly what I ordered. Bad: On-site representative was VERY busy and overwhelmed, and a little rude. All of the frames I was interested in were not available.. ended up getting frames that are okay but not what I wanted.
