Pucci
Ordered Pucci sunglasses, no communication issues, received item pretty quickly. Pet peeve was no case but had dust bag and was packed securely. They are stunning.

You had the product advertised and you were able to ship it. If the product had arrived in the 3 days timeframe, a five star would have been achieved. The product took over a week to arrive.

Disappointed but received refund (UPDATED)
I placed an order for eyeglasses on Nov 6, 2023 (361.56 CAD). USPS picked up the item on Nov 13. Despite waiting for over one to two months, the delivery was not completed. Due to a shipping issue, the item was returned to Eyeons on Dec 26. Irene from Eyeons processed a refund on Dec 22, which appeared in my credit card account on Dec 27 (350.39 CAD).

Good experience but sizing could be better
The process of getting my frames online was easeful and the glasses are very pretty but I think they are a little too big for my face, which I think I would have been able to better tell before purchasing them if the online try on tool were more nuanced of higher quality. That is my only criticism.

Great price & quick delivery
Great price & quick delivery. The only problem on my end was scheduling an appointment with my eye-care provider to put lenses into the new frames.
