Overall impressed for the price!
Overall impressed with this service for the price. I needed new glasses quickly before a trip and didn’t have time to get in with my optometrist. There is definitely a learning curve using the device and I think that skewed my early results a little bit, so I made sure to do a lot of tests over a few days before ordering glasses. I am only giving 4 stars because I did have a few issues with the app crashing mid-test which was frustrating. I ordered glasses from Zenni (which I’ve used before) and they are great, I am seeing way better than I was with my old pair. Definitely recommend!

Customer Service... "On the ball"!!
Device was easy-to-use. Ordering the try on glasses was a snap and customer service was in the ball and pro-active with some measurement discrepancies and making sure everything was correct. Delivery was prompt. I will be using EyeQue again, that is for sure.
