Continue to have delivery issues and never receive tracking information until I hunt it down. In addition I still have not received the merchandise.

This was the first time in 2 years I had a shipping issue. I waited a month to contact customer support. They responded immediately. They corrected the issue and are sending a new box. Very helpful and efficient. A company that invests in customer service is an A+ company.

stop sending me childish products. No more combs cups plastic forks etc. I have told you this many times this last year. I'm not a 20 year old...

I was initially very disappointed in my fff winter box. I only received one of the items I actually requested and the rest were things i couldn't use and/or very cheap..well, I'm not for sure they were cheap as far as cost, but they were to me. 3 packs of flavored dental floss and an indoor plastic planter with light.. So I contacted support and the first person I spoke to had no good news for me. The items I wanted were out of stock, even the main item I wanted. I was given a short list of more things that I couldn't use or weren't for me. Then I was passed to a second rep, Jesse I believe. And her first email solved the whole problem. They restocked the one item I wanted the most and she is sending it to me. She was also exceptionally personable and fast and much appreciated. Turned my entire experience around. Thank you FFF! Jesse is a valuable asset to your company. Just her tone in the email was significantly helpful and improved my mood. Even if she hadn't been able to offer me that one item, I still would have come away much better for her customer service!

Unfortunately, I was charged for a box that I did not order. My subscription was cancelled several months ago.

I have this box for years so now I have noticed that it is just the same items repeated. SUCH A SCAM *** as you can go back on my online profile you can see that I specifically customized my box and the box I received did not have the items I chose. So what’s is your point? Your assistant let me pick out 3 makeup items to replace a robe and a tote I picked out. I also received 4 items I got over a year ago. Are you giving away old products to people that pay over 60 dollars for a box?
