I canceled my membership in 10/20 (have an email confirmation) yet they continue to send me boxes. There is nowhere on their site to remove your credit card. They will not allow you to send the box back for a refund. Do not sign up or you will be stuck with their boxes forever. I am having to dispute the charges with my credit card company.

I reached out to FFF support; believing my request would be denied. Totally expecting sorry but no. I received an email within a couple hours. The issue was managed in a timely fashion, with empathy and ended with my situation being acknowledged & a solution for me. I am impressed with FFF support team! And I am appreciative!

Since changing couriers you can not find out estimation date of delivery and just completely lack of information. Your customer service is great, but they do not even know or can tell the info on tracking. Not happy.

Canceled my membership and continued to have them attempt to send me products and boxes. Had to contact them multiple times. Still fighting them. Do NOT sign up for this.

I was sent wrong item. Told customer service and they did NOT give me a hard time simply sent th right item.

I had an issue with my delivery (which was totally my fault) and instead of being rude about it, customer service was so accommodating, kind, and understanding. It was by far the best customer service experience I have ever had. I am so excited to get my Fall Box! I absolutely love all the fun and unique items I get every season. I have been getting boxes since 2018 and will continue ordering for as long as they have boxes to order!
