I had a question about my account and I emailed them. A representative got right back with me with the information. Prompt, courteous and informative!

FFF has been very easy to work with and they resolved an issue I had almost immediately. Their customer service agent was kind, courteous and knowledgeable and helped me to quickly resolve my issue with just one email.

I just received my first sample box to try... I was so excited to get it, but that quickly turned to disappointment...I received bath salts (don't have a tub) the eye masks look good, the hand/body soap is okay (smells very strong) I was most disappointed in the candle...it's beautiful, however, the scent is a very strong musty smell...I thought it would be great, so that I would want to purchase in the future, but I won't be continuing with this.

I buy quite a lot of items from the fab fit fun sales And anytime I’ve ever had any type of issue, they’ve always been more than helpful and resolved it to my satisfaction. Great customer service!
