I had, like so many others, major issue with my winter box. When I received mine, I was missing items and two of the items I received were defective. I had not received the usual email to customize (I checked my junk and trash) and I had missed out on that opportunity. I reached out to customer service by email and received several auto-generated answers. Considering the timing with the holidays, I did not anticipate a quick response. When I did get a live answer, Lezil was a pleasure to work with. Lezil acknowledged my issues, apologized and offered a solution. You can't ask for anything more from a customer service representative. She was professional, polite and efficient. Lezil also explained to me the other ways that I can check customization dates, so I don't have to rely on an email. I was convinced that I was going to cancel my subscription. Because of Lezil's efforts, I am going to give FFF another try. Thank you!

Jason was amazing, caring, personal, helpful, understanding, and quick resolve. I would recommend FabFitFun just off this experience alone, I can't wait to buy a year in a few days!

My drop ship item was tagged to be delivered but never shipped. I emailed FFF and they were able to get it moving again and delivered in time for Christmas. It’s the first time I’ve had an issue and it was promptly resolved. And wonderful customer service! Extremely happy!

The product ordered was not delivered on the date specified by the company and therefore was not able to be presented on Christmas.
Response from FabFitFun· Dec 25, 2020
Hi Heinz! Our Black Friday and Cyber Monday Sales orders are guaranteed to arrive by Christmas for our members within the contiguous U.S. However, this guarantee does not include items that will ship directly from the retailer's warehouse. We are sorry for the confusion and disappointment. A member of the team has sent you an email to further discuss your purchase. We look forward to surpassing your expectations in the future!

I have ordered my FFF Box in November and I still haven't received it a month later. Tracking showed it coming to my city and then leaving again with an ALERT and warning about forwarded. They were kind enough to replace it even though it was USPS issues and not FFF issues. I was thankful for that.
