My latest box from FFF shipped over a month ago and has yet to arrive. I have contacted FFF 3 times and have gotten ZERO help! They just keep telling me to wait despite the fact that the tracking details show that my package has been at the same “facility” in Grapevine, TX for weeks. I had the same thing happen to a package this summer and come to find out the package had been lost or stolen. Thankfully that company issued a replacement and it was on my porch in 3 days. I am beyond upset because I spent over $150 on add ons as Christmas presents that I most likely will never receive. Covid or not, this is absolutely ridiculous and FFF needs to fix this and asap!

I asked for an incentive to reactivate my subscription, they said no and that was that. No trying to get me to reactivate, it was just over. Now I LOVE FabFitFun, but went another route. I would still come back and do the annual subscription if they could make me an offer though.

Placed orders in the add in sales. Had a delivery date for one order of December 10 and the order did not come. The delivery date does not show now and no estimated delivery date is available. These were Christmas gifts that need to be mailed out once I receive. No one will get their gifts now. Messaged customer service last night. They stated there were technical issues and would email me. Have received nothing.
