Cherrie completed my customization and updated my personal info for me because I could not get on the website for 2 days. I kept getting an auto reply "bad link". Her ability to communicate clearly, be helpful and friendly were VERY much appreciated. And it was late on Saturday night! FitFabFun must provide 24 hour service!

Hi Judy! We're so sorry to hear you haven't received your box yet! Sometimes the courier marks boxes as delivered when they are still in transit. Because of this, it is our policy to wait 5 business days from the marked delivery date before reporting an order as lost or stolen. I have received the BEST customer service ever with FFF and Honestly the price of the box is covered usually in just 1 item out of the box. In my 1st box I received Elemis peptide 4 night serum and WOW it retails for around $44 and I LOVE IT!! Im so glad I became an annual member!

Time to say goodbye to FabFitFun. Everyone tells me they gave up a year or more ago, but I stuck with it, thinking every box was a one off... And then the winter 2020 box arrived and it is a complete rip off. Plus, I had add on's and had removed some from shopping cart, but they ignored and charged me over 200.00 for products where the box flaps were even opened and everything thrown into the box with zero organization or presentation. I suppose if you are a seasonal subscriber as opposed to yearly, the product value becomes less appealing. So, it is now a no for me. I am out. Nothing Fab, fit, or fun about the last couple of boxes. Mandy from FabFitFun followed up via email. I responded, but there was no further follow up by her or company to confirm our correspondence or compromise. Still waiting.

Fabfitfun has been such a lovely service for the past two years. I recently fell upon hard times and had to request a refund, knowing that their policy pretty much says no refunds. A customer service rep contacted me almost instantly and not only was kind, but was able to honor my request - making an exception to their (fair) policy. I can't believe such a great service also has great customer service!!
