I’m very happy with this company! They have awesome products and great customer service.

I received an expensive backpack that had a little damage. They were timely in getting a response to me. They are going to replace the backpack.

They must be run by bad business managers! Promise a great box with lots of happy people.... They normally don't ship for a month.... Which they don't say.... And now they are so over sold that they ran out of items...... They didn't have a back up plan??? What a terrible way to run a business. It's been 2 months and I don't have anything and no idea when I will..... Bad way to do business!

2020 has Not been kind to me, as I am sure most feel the same. Life has changed and things I would’ve purchased without batting an eye at prior to March, I haven’t had all the funds for. Be it, something I thought was a necessity in the past that doesn't seem as important with mY minuscule budget. Beit,afacemask or a fancy new candle. I am currently unemployed (My job had to close on March 16. I was there for 7 years). I have been collecting unemployment since March (for the first time EVER) trying to support 4 beautiful daughters and a household (mortgage/utilities, all on ME) as a single Mother that was recently diagnosed with stage 2-3 Breast Cancer and stage 3 Endometrial/Uterine/Ovarian Cancer back in February 2019 that I just began treatment for. Of course with no child support from my Princesses Father... I am an annual member and I can’t tell you how grateful I am for that box that comes four times a year. It makes me feel like me again and there are no words to express how awesome that feels. I made a salary prior to this crazy world of 2020 that I was able to give my children the things they needed and some of the things they wanted as well as myself, with the occasional splurge!!!!! All while maintaining a household. I considered myself very lucky. It has since been an extreme struggle and unfortunately 2 of my children are too young to understand why finances have changed the way they have. I have not budgeted myself buying anything outside of what's critical to living. I even sadly turned back in my leased car and I’m currently sharing a car with my 17-year-old daughter. I can't even begin to express the happiness and gratitude just to give a birthday present to a friend or use some fun stuff to help bring some normalcy and self-care to this crazy world. Thank you so much for bringing back some of my normal and allowing me to see my smile again.

I was having problems with the connection to the FedEx tracking site. Lynn looked it up for me and took a screenshot and sent it to me.

WORST COMPANY EVER! I became a member because my sister asked me to. I paid for the box for $52.48. Today I get an email I open it and it says about becoming an "annual member" I open the link and now It says "Congratulations you are now an annual member" Not sure how that happened as I did NOT click I approve this or anything, I pull up the bank and FABFITFUN just took $190.78 from my account WITHOUT my approval or authorization. When I tried to call I got hung up on before I even got to speak with anyone. I do a live chat and get to "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" well how can that be when I did not approve this "sale" after going back and forth I finally got my money back. NEVER AGAIN will I get anything from them. They hope that you do not realize that they withdraw money out of your account right away. That is how they make a profit because it is a scam. BE CAREFUL
