Have had subscription for over year now and love this box. I have seen many negative comments online bit considering I live in Canada not USA it has not been my experience. Their customer service department have always been a great help. Keep in mind you catch more flies with honey than vinager. Delays happen and people can make mistakes on occasion, but the FFF crew try to fix this and evolve the company. The products have not always been my taste but for the cost plus options in the add on sales you really get bang for your buck. I love receiving this box it's a lil gift to myself a few times a year. Oh ya the wonderful ladies in my life also appreciate when I spread the FFF love with them too. Keep up awesome job FFF #FFF❤️fromOntario

Dirk was so incredibly helpful and such a nice person to chat with. He was able to fix my account so I was able to log in again. He waited for me to log in to insure all was working as it should. I really enjoyed chatting with him!
