I had some true concerns about the size and value of the fab fit and fun box I recieved. The issues were addressed respectfully and timely.

Fab Fit Fun has been a great way to try new products. We had a bit of difficulty with our account when our daughter moved into her own apartment but called customer service and they were very helpful in getting the account fixed so we could both receive a box!

Got my box and had wrong items in it. Received 2 items that I will never use. Contacted them and they were unable to send the right items. They did credit my acct but now I can't get what I really wanted. Mistakes happen but disappointed this happened.

I was supposed to recieve the winter box on Nov. 13th and I waited to contact customer service, giving fff the benefit of the doubt. It's been more than 7 busuness days and the box still is not even finished processing. Customer service has been kind, but they don't send the boxes. My frustration is with whomever "processes" boxes that weren't sent to members or whomever tells those folks a fix is needed. I certainly don't want another email saying that I'm excited to recieve my winter box. I'm not excited, I just feel ripped off.

First ever subscriber from the UK to the annual subscription and so far more than impressed. The shipping is a bit tricky, packages get to the UK some time later, but there can be upsides to that too ;-) The items tend to be great quality and if you can then must pick the annual version and do it in time then you can customise all items, that's a big plus I think. Just had my Winter 2023 box, which I loved!! But also had a $39 + $7.80 tax add-on Mystery Bundle where I may have just gotten very lucky because I got a Michael Korrs Brooklyn backpack the original price of which is about 8.5x value of what I paid + there were 3 other small items in there too, so I bet close to 10x value. I appreciate that this may be an exception than the rule but still just goes to show it can happen, now I am hooked LOL and will keep subscribing to see how it goes. So, if you fancy something different this subscription I think is fantastic. *considering picking the annual version though. * also considering I am from the UK and I don't know of anything similar here.

Had a trial. For some reason I was billed for a full box. I was under the assumption I was only paying for the shipping Bad business practice. Would not issue a refund the day later when I caught this charge. Will be leaving bad reviews. Awful company.

I appreciate the no hassle customer service from fff. They have always made things right.
