I love my boxes- as a mother of four this was a self care treat to me and I’m so grateful I did because the stuff I’ve received in my boxes were some of my favorite things I’ve ever received before and it felt like Christmas!! Honestly I’ve found some of my favorite items that I now cannot live without for my daily routine of self care! I can’t believe how much I look forward to my fabfitfun box and how quickly I fell in love with it from the first box!!!

I requested cancellation during the annual subscription. Was told I would not get any money back which is fine. Apparently they did not cancel my subscription, it renewed and I was never notified via email. In my opinion they stole my money as they renewed me and charged my card. Stay far away from this company. They are thieves.

Had a great experience with Kayla promptly responding to my issue with an item not arriving in time and quickly refunded my account.

I had an issue that was immediate. The the CSR listened to my need and made an immediate decision in my favor. I had prepared for disappointment and a fight... Never happened. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed. GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE is the key to a successful business. FabFitFun has great customer service!!
