I contacted the Factory OutletStore about Receiving the Incorrect Item
I contacted the Factory OutletStore because I received the wrong item. Savio was able to identify the correct item. help me place the order, and worked to get me a complete refund. And I didn't have to pay return shipping since the error wasn't my fault.
