too many different products
too many different products, all called something different. confusing to figure out which replacement brush heads are for which models. a product line of less that 10 items would be plenty, with maybe 3 different brush styles. It's overkill.

This is a horrible site to purchase…
This is a horrible site to purchase from your better off getting it anywhere other than here. I received my purchase it appeared like it had been used no plastic like you would normally see it honestly looked refurbished. I immediately put it back in the box to send back because the amount of money I spent I wanted a clearly new item and this was not it. Well part of the return policy is a 15% restocking fee lol right I dont think so. Anywhere else they will give a full refund. Obviously they are so used to getting items returned they decided to make a profit in it. They kept 42.00 of mine for restocking they claim. DO NOT PURCHASE HERE IF YOU HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM YOU WILL NOT GET A FULL REFUND.

It was a nightmare to order…
It is kind of difficult to order certain items. I went to your website trying to order "plaque removal" brush heads. Well, to begin, the sonicare does not provide a model number. There is only a letter on the head itself (good thing I never got rid of the instruction booklet). I believe it would be a lot easier if there was a model number on the handle and then list the brush heads according with the model number. I don't know if is me but there has to be an easier way to order replacement heads.
