Dear Valued Customer First, we would like to thank you for shopping with FactoryOutletStore. Second, we would like to apologize that your order experience did not go as expected. FactoryOutletStore takes our customer's feedback and complaints very seriously. Upon receiving your complaint, we launched a full review of the order. Upon investigation, we found that an RMA was issued on 11/16/2020 to return the incorrect merchandise. However, there was a delay in getting the merchandise back in the warehouse due to COVID. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and share in your frustration. Since then we have issued a full refund and sent a copy of the receipt to your email.
