Upon investigation, we found that your order was placed on 11/22/2020 and was processed and shipped out on 10/26/2020 as the item ordered was on backorder. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, our factories have been experiencing a delay in shipping and production due to material shortages. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and share in your frustration. According to the tracking details, we also found that the item was delivered to you on 11/04/2020.
