Got it done quickly!

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Response times can be improved. Paperwork for all certifications must have been filed together. More than a month was lost to get the MBE certification because WBE and MBE certifications were filed one month apart

Staying in contact and keeping informed of progress was very good. I would have given a 5 Star if I had intended to pay for this service, which is partly my fault. When I researched setting up SAMs for federal contracts, I was led to believe the payment was to a federal agency to process my CAGE Code. I'm not even sure at this point how I got the link. Shame on me for not looking closer. Shame on you for not being fully transparent. In the end, the job was done but not sure it was worth the price.

Started off on a very bad footing. Earlier communication was poor and a turnaround time of few weeks promised turned into few months. But things turned around when Luke took over. The communication with him was almost perfect. Thanks 🙏🏾
