My name is Yeudi, and Jack is a good representative

Patrick Lewis was very professional and help me very quickly with last minute booking.

I booked a flight to Rome on Farebuzzer unfortunately the return flight was booked solid at the time of the reservation, however I received a notification and called Farebuzzer the next day. Antonio assisted us in finding a different return flight. It did cost more but it was still a better value than other sites and flights we checked. Still awaiting the final conformation and tickets but Farebuzzer and Antonio have been awesome so far.

Great service and fast response. Alan was very helpful and it was a pleasure him helping us.

Jack the agent called with a much better offer than what I had booked online. He gave me the best deal for my money and I so appreciate him for that. He was friendly and courteous. Thank you so much Jack.
