The other company was trying to scare me and giving me wrong information. This company--everything they said was exactly as they said it would be. They helped me with every question and worry and even called to check on me. I was very very impressed, they relieved all my fears, led me step by step through the entire process. I would have given a rating of 5 up to the closing. Andrew Thompson was very helpful and made the application part easy. The closing went well with the lawyer Steven Goode coming to my house. But, right now I am trying to settle the improvements that were required for me to do and there is confusion, and I believe a language barrier that is hindering the process to getting reimbursed the money I paid directly to the carpenter that did the work.

My loan specialist was very informative and helpful with answering all of my questions to my satisfaction.
