Blain's Farm & FleetReviews of farmandfleet.com

Now today at 5:23 p.m. I just went to Blaine farm& fleet bought eight a gallon of artesian water and eight 24 oz cases of bottled water. Young tall Caucasian man came out from the back. Put them in. The trunk was very polite. I give the review for that five stars. I hope you guys appreciate that cuz I appreciate your customer service

At 5:23 the "Service Center " locked the doors (they close at 7 by the way) and had Noone watching the location after I informed staff that the area was open with Noone around. I could have stolen computers; batteries; a TV; maybe the furniture... and the one person who finally showed up after 10 min or more could not have cared less. The people did their jobs; but I think they have a moral problem in Champaign Illinois. Easy target for aspiring thieves.

I ordered a Dewalt Drill/Driver set for my son's birthday on 5/11 with an estimated delivery of 5/15. His birthday is 5/19 today and the shipping information has not changed since 5/15 at 3am. I have contacted two people who tell me it is on the way but no other updates and only that the matter has been escalated. One person told me they showed it arriving yesterday. I asked about a refund and they told me I would get one if the item is lost but that it is not lost. Yet they cannot give me a delivery update. This is the one and only time I have ever purchased from Blain's and will definitely be the last.

Second time a 6 months I have had to bring my Jeep in for emergency tire repair and they fit me in with no appointment. The folks at the desk in LA Crosse were great. Highly recommend their auto service.

I love this company! I’ve only recently learned about them and they have been wonderful. Great customer service, good prices, quick delivery. I’d give them more stars if I could after dealing with horrible corporations. This is my new Amazon! Highly recommended.

Ordered several jeans from Blain's. They didn't come all at once. Ordered the full blue jeans. Wore them 3 times and washed them2 times. When I wore them again, 2 pairs ripped wide open next to the right rear pocket. Not even at a seam. Very thin and cheap. And I didn't wash them on a rock.

I worked with Ole at tire desk. Very polite and knowledgeable. I bought a set of 4 tired and arranged for installation. I wish I met more people as good with customer service
