Beware: They sent me an inferior diamond than what I ordered I ordered a specific lab-grown diamond with its IGI certificate number (LG727572151, 3.30 ct, oval cut, color E). They sent me a DIFFERENT diamond with another certificate number (LG787659723, 3.35 ct) and of inferior quality to the one I selected and paid for. They never notified me about the swap. If I hadn't checked the certificate numbers and measurements, I wouldn't have noticed. They tried to substitute the product without my authorization. This is a bad business practice. Check EVERYTHING when you receive: · IGI certificate number · Exact weight and measurements · Compare the stone to the certificate Don't just trust the invoice. Buying here is a risk.

I ordered this item Oct 8th. I'd gotten no information about its shipping. I asked them when it would be shipped. They said Oct 16th. It's Oct 21st and I got the shipping confirmation. This does not feel like a professional organization. I'll be interested to see if it shows up. I would appreciate a significant discount.

Fascinating diamonds company behaving really unprofessionally. They Hired me for a Social media marketing position. they used my marketing knowledge and after 6 to 7 days they send me one email in that this position is on hold. Ritu Shah Ma'am why did you hired me?  after some time if you don't want to keep? You just wasted my valuable time. from the first day of my joining, I was noticing the Ritu Shah ma'am was not responding properly.  Mamta(HR) is not picking my call. It's ridiculous behavior of your company. you just taking advantage of the covid19 situation and using expert people's knowledge for your brand. I was not expecting a fascinating diamond company to behave like this ridiculously to employees.

After reading many good reviews, I decided to order an engagement ring from Fascinating Diamonds. When the ring FINALLY came in (paid for next day shipping, but it took over 2 weeks to arrive), it appeared gorgeous and even better than the pictures. After a closer look, I realized the engraving was wrong, as they engraved the WRONG NAME on the inside of the ring. The wedding band was supposed to come with it also, but they failed to include it in the shipment. After numerous calls and emails, they finally agreed to fix their mistake. They promised it would be back to us within 3-4 business days. It has been almost 3 weeks and the ring still hasn't arrived. Horrible company. They make empty promises and they ruined my proposal. When you pay that much for a ring, you think they would at least double check the spelling.
