My laptop crashed and I had to reinstall Wilcom Embroidery Studio e4.2 but when I run the software it now asks me to provide a dongle. I sent 10 emails to support and was told that they will send it never received it. It has been over 3 weeks now with no response to my requests. SO NO! this product can not be installed again if something were to happen to the original install. They will make you pay for it again.

The program works after the seller gave me the license key. First you receive link to google drive in order to download the program. During the instalation icon appears at the desktop. Launching it you get your Hardware ID and provide your name. After providing this info to the seller you will receive the license key. after the seller gave me the license key.
