Delivery service. The product took much longer than expected.

I gave them a 2 for their quick response to the missed pic product. The first order was incorrect size threaded rods of 1/2" instead of ordered 3/8". Nuts and washer were correct size. They quickly resent at no charge 4 more rods that were again 1/2" wrapped with a printed 3/8" tag. The rod size has been confirmed at local hardware store. Decided to oversize my project but had to purchase 1/2" nuts & washer that costed $ 40.00 for I just want to be done with this project! Good service but poor product markings twice.

A product was shown as in stock, that is the only reason I purchased from this company. It wasn't til after I made the purchase was I told that the product was not in stock and was not going to be available for another 2 months. The reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is that I was given the option of a refund, or I could wait til the item came into stock.

The order was shipped and recieved promptly but filled incorrectly. we received the requested quantity of AST-075-0220G pins which are 2 inches long. We had requested 5 boxes of AST-075-0150G pins which are 1-1/2 inches long. We only received 3 boxes of this item. The other 2 were a heavier gage nail and 2-1/2" long (AST-100-0250G) which our tool will not shoot.

When I placed my order, the inventory showed on hand and ready to ship. Once my order was placed, however, I was notified of a long lead time in the shipping confirmation. This felt like the proverbial "Bait and Switch!".........tell me you have the inventory ready to ship when I need it and then give me an long lead time after you have all my information! I expect more than this from the suppliers that I use and don't order parts in anticipation of needing them. I have a tool out of service for a extended period of time all because FastoolNow.com was not truthful regarding inventory count and lead time. For this order, the name does not hold true as this order is neither FAST nor NOW. I still do not have the item on my order.........

I ordered a reelcraft hose. What I received was not a reelcraft hose. If I had wanted another brand of hose I'd have saved my money and bought it on ebay or amazon. Yes, the specs are roughly the same, and yes it works, but it's not what I bought.

Ordered a ReelCraft hose reel July 23, received an email 1 week later confirming shipping. However, upon closer inspection, it was confirmed to be shipped August 28... The item was "in-stock" when purchased. Now, just waiting 6 weeks while $1,000 is just hanging out there in the ether for an "in-stock" product. I will be ordering three more of these items, for a total of 4, but, will not be using Fastoolnow again. I am shopping now to see who else has them in stock and can ship 1 faster for testing purposes and return of this item to fastoolnow.

Shipping was excellent (one day to Ohio). But the h2o poly strong tie was out of date I used it anyway hope it does fail me
