Never received my bed!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Ordered my soundbed over a year ago. Reached out through the only method of communication with them, email, over the course of the year for updates, but always the same answer, "It's shipping soon." After I waited a full year, I reached out to request a refund, and they said they would issue it within 10-14 days. I STILL have no refund, and now I'm getting the same answer of "soon". I'm due a refund of over $2,300. How is this company still in business? It seems to me to be a scam to con people out of thousands of dollars, to never receive their product. I have submitted a fraud claim with the SEC as this company is completely fraudulent, just stealing people's money.

Terrible customer service when requesting a refund. They’re slow to respond to any and all inquiries and have minimal channels of contact/communication. Avoid the hassle and invest in other healing devices from more established companies

Still have not received the bed that was ordered a year ago, asked for a refund and they play the back and forth game of saying they will issue a refund check in the mail but they have not and continue to not have a set date due.. this has been an ongoing matter for 4 months and counting... but ordered the bed LAST December 2023.

They have not delivered the Soundbed I paid for in over a year.
