I loved the customer service I got while choosing the actual stone going in the ring. They gave me pictures of multiple stones to choose from and helped me narrow the selection down.

My girlfriend thought this was a beautiful ring in the pictures online. I was hesitant to order expensive rings online but decided to give Felicegals a chance. The ring was delivered earlier than promised and it was just as beautiful as it appeared online. My mother asked if it came with a certificate of authenticity and because it did not, my girlfriend decided to get it appraised at a local jeweler. The jeweler verified that the metals, jewels and diamonds were in fact authentic as described online and actually valued it much higher than the purchase price. Additionally the compliments on how beautiful the ring is don't stop coming. I would absolutely purchase from Felicegals again.
