Martin, when your swivel clips came up short, we were down to our last one and sent it anyway so you'd have hardware in hand for your trip. That's why the pair didn't match. To make it right we offered to swap the set and take 15% off the new one for the trouble. All we needed was the original clips back so the replacement could go out — we sent a prepaid return label the same day you asked, and the full price of the original was coming back to you the moment it reached us. We didn't hear anything for eight days. You chose the 12–16 business day production window for the flags, and yours arrived in time. The swivel swap is still open if you'd like it. Please email us. We have also not had any conversations matching the experience described. Embarrased? Really? Sounds like you are very updset sir. Your exaggerations and accusations hurt our company and are unfounded. You are clearly delusional sir. Here are some REALITIES about your order that maybe you didnt realize. 1. You said 4 weeks? Are you serious? It was 12 business days Not 4 weeks and over the busiest shipping weekend of year. You chose FREE shipping and these are make to order. 2. Our flags are made to order. We do not stock all designs with all the vaious stiching options. Your flag had to be produced. There is a what is called a PRODUCTION line. You selected the FREE STANDARD production/shipping option of 14-21 business day turn time. This is OUR FREE SHIPPING OPTION. You had options to rush the order which you opted not to. 2. This order came in on Nov 14 and arrived EXACTLY 13 business days later on DEC 5 which is EARLIER than expected even with Thanksgiving weekend!!! 3. We informed you it COULD be another week sir and that you would get shipping information in your email which you did. During the holiday season these are AVERAGES TURN TIMES. Your flag came early. Not sure why you so mad lol. 4. We standby our product for quality and durability. We make our products here and have 1000s of happy customers. 5. Tiny package? Im sorry. You didnt even pay for shipping!!! Did you need a giant, bedazzled, extravegent, environmentally un-friendly box for your flag. Sorry to disappoint you sir. You are being unfair and rediculous. Maybe you should actually look at the FACTS of your order and how we EXCEEDED your timeline expectations before you go and bad mouthing our company or our process that you had COMPLETE control over. Short reply: Client is in remote Canada. This has NOT taken a month this is an exageration and we sent him tracking info and replied to all correspondence. Please do not harass anyone at our business via call, email, or web as we take threats very seriously. DETAILS: This is laughable, and this client having spoken to him seems to be a miserable person as he proceeded to threaten me and curse at me for over 15 minutes over nothing. We gave him 100% factual information about his order. We also replied to every email within 8 minutes of receiving it as well as emailed him the tracking number for his item. He actually thanked us via email as well. So not sure what the issue is or was but he seems to be having a rough day. But, hey, at least the client revealed to me that he has a "House in Hawaii" because that is important:) We are an honest business. Client is in remote Canada and we quoted him an average of 20 business days for arrival due to international shipping and customs and that it could be longer due to wildfires in that part of the country. The item is in transit on GLOBALPOST and shipped from Los Angeles which takes on average 10-14 busienss days to arrive per GLOBAL POST's guidelines. https://www.goglobalpost.com/track-detail/?t=SDC020960504342308.
