They were fast and helpful

I did all of my own artwork and sent the .ai files over to have them printed, so I can't really comment on their design quality, but the flags turned out great and are very well made. I'm sure they will last a very long time with proper care, and I will definitely use Fest Flags again. I only gave 4 stars because of the lack of communication and the inability to just check in on your order. After signing the proof you get a notice that your order is in production and then that's it for 3-4 weeks, nothing but silence. The next update i received was to inform me the order had shipped, which in my case was the same day they arrived.
