I rate my customer service experience with you all a 1, and that's being generous, as i placed my order on Wednesday, February 4th and was disgusted to find out that, even though you all had received the money for my purchase already, my purchase wasn't shipped out until the following Monday or Tuesday which is quite unacceptable! I don't know what happened but i'm not sure if i will ever order from you ever again because the two times i contacted your customer service rep, she didn't seem to understand or have knowledge of why this occurred. It's definitely not a way to do business, which seriously hindered mine!

This time when placing my order with the other company I got irritated that the shipping costs were actually more than what I had ordered.
