You have to be persistent to navigate around their website, but if you are finally able to find what you are searching for, the prices are okay and the product quality is good. Checkout is not especially easy if you try to use PayPal or check out as a guest (they seem to demand that you register even if you don't want to), but that might just be part of the kludgy nature of their website I couldn't quite figure out. I almost quit, but persisted, and the product arrived reasonably quickly and is very nice.

I've ordered several times from Fetpak. Their product and prices were the best I found. However, you never know a company until there is a problem. I received my last package with postage due of $2.50. I emailed Fetpak about the error and they were quickly responsive, apologetic and immediately gave me several options to make it right. I was very pleased with how it was handled and will happily continue to order my displays from Fetpak.

The prices seem really good and last time I ordered I was very happy. This time however I was very unhappy to find out that I had to pay $48 broker fees to UPS. With that and the exchange I ended up paying more than if I had ordered from a Canadian company

Fetpak has a wonderful section of display items. The illustrations are clear and there are no surprises once they are delivered. Delivery was received within a few days of ordering - amazing - and received in mint condition - exactly what I had ordered, I will continue to order my display requirements from Fetpak
