I have used Fetpak for over 10 years now and find them to be very reliable. I can tell you exactly when my order will arrive every time I place an order because they are so consistent with shipping. I have had a few problems, but they do take care of them right away. There has been only 1 disappointment with their service over all these years and it was partly my fault for ordering ahead in prep for the holiday season. But, when I found the product to be defective and completely unusable, I was unhappy they would not make it right since it was a manufacturing defect. Compared to other suppliers I have used over the years, this is still a great record and I continue to come back time and time again.

Linda, glad we could be your supplier for the last 10 years, we really appreciate loyal customers like you. On returns, we have a 30 day full refund guarantee. If it's a manufacturers defect we will usually extend that guarantee well past 30 days. Not sure what happened in that one incident but in the future if you experience any problems whatsoever please email [email protected] Thanks again.

These small self sealing craft baggies that you can write on the outside of are very hard to find. These are just what I wanted, and were sihipped securely. I wish I could have ordered a lot less than 1000, though. I only needed about 200, so my husband took the rest of them to work. Thank you.

Thank you for the positive review Valer. On the quantities, to keep prices low we need to turn over merchandise, so it would be difficult to offer products in small quantities and also keep prices low. Thanks again.
