My first encounter with Fetpak did not go smoothly because the website was not reminding me that I should look way down for a message. Once I figured that out everything went well and I am happy with the purchased product.

I'm very happy with the entire experience of shopping in FETPAK, good prices, very competitive, good selection, Fast delivery and unlike others they have very low prices but they rob you with the shipping charges to Canadians, I just received my order with Fetpak, The bill came up to close to $700, the same order by Nile Corporation would cost me about the same but $ 1.200 in Economy International FedEx..

I bought several rolls of strapping tape. I had a hard time finding it locally, and I saw others had it for over $3. a roll. When I saw your price, I almost went into shock. Thank you so much for offering it at such a great price. The only partially negative thing was the $7.00 small order fee.

I ordered about $100 worth of items on May 24th and as of June 3rd, have not received them. Additionally, the web site does not show any tracking information so I don't have any idea where the shipment is. It does show shipped but that is about all the information you get.

May 24th was a Saturday and with Memorial Day being Monday, the soonest we could ship your order out was on Tuesday May 27th. If you are on the West Coast or parts of the Mountain States you would most likely receive your order today Jun 3rd or tomorrow the latest.
