Your company is so easy to work with I spoke with Israel. My Spirit Medical CRS800S Recumbent Stepper was struck by lighting and I called and asked to reorder a new one and he helped me right away. He told me they would get it shipped out right away and they did. I am so pleased with this company they are the best.

Israel was very professional and helpful throughout all my questions. I checked with my physical therapist prior to my purchase to see if the Physio Step LXT would be appropriate for me and she said it appears to be very similar to what I currently use.
