They are just a money hungry company with a really bad customer service. never on time for their appointments.
Response from Fixd Repair· Jul 8, 2019
Hello Nerio, we apologize that our technicians were late to two of your twelve completed service visits. Unfortunately, some jobs take a little longer to complete which causes our tech to run behind but we do not make that the norm. You have been able to take advantage of the warranty coverage for several repairs, we are sorry to see that you are dissatisfied.

Fixd is great. They are clear about what is provided, easy to use mobile app, on time, and follows up on service. I have had a fridge repaired and given the option to replace with a discount or repair an AC which I think is great. I chose the replace option.

We are happy to hear that you are loving our app as well as our great service we strive to provide our homeowners! Thank you for the fantastic review Cliff.

Concept is good and customer service is friendly. HVAC dept needs a lot of work. Techs are generally nice but install crew and management needs help. Techs stuck giving updates that should be handled by management.

They came on time to the appt to survey what was needed. I was given a verbal quote at that time. The quote was more than twice the quote from another subcontractor. I was told I would receive a written quote. I never heard from them again.
Response from Fixd Repair· Jul 8, 2019
Hello Dennis, we sincerely apologize for the delay in the written quote you were promised. A representative will be reaching out to you immediately and will also be providing you the promised written quote. Thank you for considering Fixd for your electrical needs!
