Yuri and FLIGHT INSIDERS were so helpful and responsive. In an industry that has long hold times and where you rarely speak to an actual human being, this was such a positive experience. Then to actually save thousands on business class long haul flights, made this an easy decision. I even recommended friends and they also saved money I absolutely have made Yuri a contact in my phone for future travel.
