Wonderful experience with Mr Tom Lincon, he was so helpful, walked me through every strep of the way. Called me back numerous times to ensure I received all emails to ensure everything was correct, he even called the following day to ensure I was satisfied. I fully recommend this sight.

Would not recommend. I got a flight confirmation then an email saying they had lost my deal because i did not answer a phone call...i never received a phone call. I then had to call for them to tell me that it was actually $100 more. I fell into the trap since it still seemed cheaper than what I was seeing on other sites at the moment, however I then saw them drastically drop their prices again. Kayak also showed me better prices a week later with the option to book directly from the airline. I checked my Flightsbird reservation on United Airlines and the price had not changed!! My flight was bought just as cheap by the travel agency and they charged me an additional $100 fee just for themselves - not the airline. Ridiculous.
